Refund Policy
This policy applies to GEO Lens Pro subscriptions. The free GEO Lens extension involves no payment.
Try before you pay
GEO Lens Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. This is your risk-free way to evaluate Pro: cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Because of the trial, you can decide before any money changes hands.
Cancel any time
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Accidental or duplicate charges
If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you intended to cancel — contact us and we will refund it in full.
Not satisfied?
If something is genuinely wrong and the free trial did not surface it, contact us within 14 days of a charge. Where you have not substantially used Pro in that period, we will work with you on a refund. We review these case by case and aim to be fair. Statutory refund rights that apply in your country are always honoured.
How to request a refund
- Email ekinci43213@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase, or
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt — Paddle is our payment provider and Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
